Today is a good day.

Devon bought some dark roast Sumatra coffee that I gotta tell you… is like crack for coffee lovers. In fact, today’s gonna be a two cup morning. Even though I’m feeling the caffeine, it’s so good I’m craving another cup.

Today let’s talk about the law of expectation:

You rarely get more out of life than what you expect. The stream of life says you can get whatever you want from the stream depending on what you bring to the stream.

If you bring a teaspoon, you get a teaspoon of water.

If you bring a bucket, you get a bucket of water.

If you drive a water tanker to the stream, you get a tanker of water.

Most fail to succeed in network marketing (and life in general) because they’ve been programmed to expect a teaspoon of wealth when they have every right to expect a tanker of wealth.

How does the law of expectation apply to leadership?

Great leadership comes from expecting tanker-size results from your people.
