The tool I highly recommend for building your business and never letting a prospect slip the cracks is a calendar. This is what I use to run everything with. From team calls, to company calls – to prospecting calls. Make sure you’re always setting up follow up appointments with your new prospects.
Let’s say you’re talking with a prospect and it’s not the right time for them. Put them in the calendar and set up a follow up appointment. Take notes on your conversation so you have something to talk about on your follow up call.
Remember, everything you do for your follow-ups goes in your calendar. This keeps you on track and it’s what professionals do to earn the business.
Last thing… train your team on how to use their calendars. This way you’re all following up with your prospects and keeping the pipeline full.
