Filemaker Pro -- It's a full-featured database . . . and it’s great. I love this program. If you have a mailing list or a large prospect list that overworks ACT or other contact manager, this is your program. On a side note, you may not want to go to the FileMaker Pro manual. Even I have trouble with it’s tech writing ability. Thank goodness you and I won’t ever need this manual. If you're database literate, you'll like the customizing power of this program. If you’re a beginner, it’s the best starter database you can find.

Info Select -- I’ve used this software for almost 5 years. If you took every program from my computer but one, this is the program I’d keep. Info Select is a program that does A LOT of things. Here is how I use it: If I have a thought, I type it in a small note window. And that’s it. Info Select saves everything. If you’re not using Info Select, you’re at a competitive disadvantage. This is the one program that I’ll never stop using.
