You then invited them to take a look at your opportunity.
Before you disconnect with them you want to set the next appointment.
These people expect you to get back with them so set the appointment right away.
How To Correctly Set The Follow Up Appointment So You Get More of Them
Schedule a time to get back with them.
Keep in mind how you ask this question matters.
You don’t want to ask them a yes or no question.
So, what you’ll do is give them a choice.
Example; “John what time works best for us to get back together for a quick chat to go over the information 2:00pm or 8:30pm?”
Next thing you want to do is put the appointment in your calendar right away. You must do this so you don’t forget to get back with them.
The next step is to call them at the set appointment time.
