Elysium Capital has announced the name of its third-party broker.
Trouble is, whether the broker name is known or not, Elysium Capital is still committing securities fraud.
Elysium Capital is a passive investment opportunity offered through Elysium Network.
Through “professional managed accounts” and “algorithmic trading programmes”, Elysium Capital claims it provides investors ‘with strong and sustainable long-term returns’.
Our aim is to make professional trading accessible with a few clicks, it’s like auto-copying a professional desk, our results have been nothing less than stellar.
Elysium Capital claims their trading bots are based on “a 10-year proven strategy”.
Specifics have not been made public but in our Elysium Network review, we sussed out a €500 EUR starting point.
In an email sent out to Elsyium Network affiliates over the past 24 hours, the company reveals Equiti Group Limited as its “prime brokerage”.
Equiti will operate and execute your managed account as a 3rd party independent brokerage, our EA portfolios are installed at Equiti and once you’ve registered your account they can be activated.
Over the last weeks we’ve calibrated the settings on their systems and it’s all synchronised.
“EA portfolios” are the trading bots Elysium Network (through Elysium Capital) manages affiliate funds with.

I haven’t verified any of that, because ultimately it doesn’t matter.
Elysium Network’s passive investment opportunity is offered through Elysium Capital. From a regulatory standpoint, how Elysium Capital’s passive investment opportunity is set up doesn’t matter.
It’s a security regardless, and neither Elysium Network or Elysium Capital are registered to offer securities in any jurisdiction.
This already attracted the attention of regulators in Estonia, which prompted Elysium Network to move its shell company operations to Hong Kong.
Whether Equiti Group continues to let Elysium Capital commit securities fraud through it remains to be seen.
